Each year millions of people suffer from preventable, non-contact injuries. As former collegiate athletes afflicted by career-ending injuries, we built KinoTek with the mission to provide the best data possible for athletes to preempt, prevent and overcome injuries. Leveraging our background in kinesiology, biomedical engineering and AR/VR, we built the first hardware-agnostic software to combine motion capture and machine learning in an intuitive interface. Our comprehensive, 3D injury-risk assessment takes seconds, eliminates the subjectivity of the “clinical eye” and consolidates data into actionable information. Based in Portland, Maine we aim to make a global impact by providing people of all ages with objective human movement analysis on and off the field of play.
